Booking Instructions
1) Review available dates on calendar. Each date selected represents a nightly stay, check out by noon the following day.
2) Complete Rental Agreement and return either through email or by mail.
3 Landlord will invoice tenant once rental agreement is signed and returned.
4) Determine method of payment. Cash or check should be mailed. Credit card information should be provided to landlord either by email or phone.
5) Landlord will provide receipt to tenant after receipt of rental agreement and payment.
Rates:
Daily Rental Fees: (May 15-Sep 30) $300/night (includes cleaning fee and taxes)
(Oct 1 - May 14) $160/night (includes cleaning fees and taxes)
Refundable Security Deposit: $300
Non refundable dog fees: $ 25 per dog (2 max)
Payments:
Full cost of rental stay will be invoiced, payment due within 7 days of landlord supplying invoice. Payments not received within 7 days are subject to having rental agreement nullified and dates reopened for rent. Security deposit refunded after inspection of property post check out.
Cancellation 14 days prior to check in will receive full refund.
Cancellation 7 days prior to check in will receive 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 7 days will not receive a refund.
Methods of Payment:
Credit Cards: Visa, Master Card, Discovery, American Express. We use Square for credit card processing.
